mBank is a growing company seeking talented professionals for the position of Facilities Administrative Assistant to join our existing Facilities team in Marquette, Michigan. Your role in this position will be to provide assistance to the Facilities Department Manager with such duties as data entry, scheduling, and communicating and corresponding with vendors, contractors and staff in a professional manner.

- Understanding of commercial building maintenance, preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivation and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, email, scheduling).
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A minimum of a high-school diploma or equivalent.
